Ingredients
Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb
Cornstarch
1/2 cup
Large egg whites

Almond slices
1/2 cup
Honey
1/4 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil
for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
2. Coat shrimp in cornstarch, then dip into egg whites.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry shrimp until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. In a separate pan, toast almond slices until lightly golden. Set aside.
5. In a bowl, mix honey, mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and salt.
6. Toss shrimp with almond slices and prepared sauce until evenly coated.
7. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of extra almond slices on top if desired.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
