Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, allowing them to soak for a few minutes.
3. Add the ground turkey, ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano into the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Mix all ingredients gently until just combined to avoid a dense texture.
5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a preheated oven at 325°F (165°C) for 10 minutes or until warmed through, or use a microwave on medium power.
