Ingredients

2 cups raspberries
2 cups blueberries
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Mix gently and transfer to the baking dish.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Add cubed butter and blend with fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries in the baking dish.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden and the berries are bubbly.
6. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.
