Holiday Spice Chex Mix

Holiday Spice Chex Mix is a delightful twist on the traditional snack mix, blending sweet and savory with a hint of warming spices, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Rice Chex
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 250°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine Corn Chex, Rice Chex, mini pretzels, mixed nuts, and dried cranberries.
3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
4. Pour the butter mixture over the chex mix blend in the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
8. Once cooled, add white chocolate chips, and mix well before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Reheating

To reheat, spread desired amount on a baking sheet and warm in a 300°F oven for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
