Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
5. Stir in remaining flour mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet, and bring to a simmer.
7. Return chicken breasts to the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 25 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
8. Stir in butter until melted and well combined.
9. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
