Heritage Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 lb button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
