Heritage Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 lbs pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Pat dry the pork tenderloin with paper towels and place on a baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork tenderloin and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
6. Rest the pork for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat sliced pork tenderloin in a preheated oven at 300°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
