Herbed Garlic Breadsticks
A delightful twist on a classic favorite, these herbed garlic breadsticks are soft, buttery, and infused with aromatic herbs, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup warm water
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Gradually add warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
7. Roll each piece into a rope and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, oregano, and parsley.
9. Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle with the garlic-herb mixture and Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
11. Serve warm and enjoy.
Storage
Store leftover breadsticks in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Reheating
To reheat, wrap breadsticks in aluminum foil and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
