Herb Infused Bread Machine Rolls

These herb-infused bread machine rolls are fluffy, aromatic, and perfect for any meal. Made easily in a bread machine, they bring a touch of gourmet to your table with minimal effort.

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

1. Add the warm water, olive oil, and sugar into the bread machine pan.
2. Sprinkle the flour over the liquid ensuring it covers the water completely.
3. Add salt, dried rosemary, thyme, and oregano into separate corners of the pan.
4. Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the yeast.
5. Set the bread machine to the dough cycle and start.
6. Once the cycle is done, remove the dough and divide it into 12 rolls.
7. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and cover with a damp cloth, allowing them to rise for 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
9. Bake rolls for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Storage

Store the rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat rolls in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until warm. Avoid microwaving to maintain texture.
