Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp orange zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, orange zest, and minced garlic.
3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the chicken broth around them.
5. Arrange the lemon and orange slices on top of the chicken.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

To reheat, place the chicken in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
