Herb-Infused Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
3. Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the herb mixture.
4. Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
6. Let the drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftover drumsticks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat the drumsticks in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
