Ingredients

4 lb beef tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Pat the beef tenderloin dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and Dijon mustard.
4. Rub the herb mixture evenly over the tenderloin.
