Ingredients

1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix rosemary, thyme, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
4. Coat the pork with the herb mixture evenly.
