Herb-Crusted Baked Lamb Chops

Ingredients

8 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, thyme, and minced garlic.
3. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
4. Coat each chop with the herb mixture, pressing to adhere.
5. Place chops on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftover lamb chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until warmed through.
