Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped mixed herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Crackers or sliced vegetables for serving
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese until smooth and well blended.
2. Add the chopped mixed herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Transfer the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shaping it into a ball.
4. Spread the chopped walnuts evenly on a plate.
5. Roll the cheese ball over the walnuts, pressing gently to ensure the nuts adhere to the surface.
6. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
