Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
1. Add milk, water, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the bread machine pan.
2. Add flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Form a small well in the flour and add yeast.
3. Select the dough setting on the bread machine and start.
4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
5. Once the dough cycle is complete, roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture and raisins evenly over the dough.
7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it into a greased loaf pan.
8. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size, about 30-45 minutes.
9. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a toaster or warm in a 300°F oven wrapped in foil for 10 minutes.
