Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cups marinara sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Mix ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
6. Add meatballs to skillet and sear on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.
7. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-coated.
8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
