Hearty Homestyle BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
3 lbs pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1: Mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Step 2: Rub the spice mixture generously over the ribs.
Step 3: Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour apple cider vinegar over them.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until ribs are tender.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce.
Step 6: Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until sauce is caramelized.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat ribs in a preheated oven at 300°F until warmed through, about 15-20 minutes.
