Hearty Beef Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
2. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth. Stir well to combine.
5. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheating
Reheat on the stove over medium heat or in the microwave until thoroughly warmed.
