Ingredients

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup hazelnut spread
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter.
2. In a small saucepan, bring heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Pour hot cream over chocolate mixture and let sit for 2 minutes.
4. Stir until smooth, then mix in hazelnut spread, vanilla extract, and salt.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
6. Scoop small amounts and roll into balls.
7. Roll each ball in chopped hazelnuts followed by cocoa powder.
8. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
