Grilled Lemon Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients

1 lb fresh asparagus (trimmed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the asparagus to the bowl and toss to coat all spears evenly.
4. Place the asparagus directly on the grill grates and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
6. Serve immediately while warm.

Storage
