Grilled Herb-Infused Lamb Chops

Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Step 2: Coat lamb chops with the marinade and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Step 4: Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Step 5: Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes until warmed through.
