Gourmet Fusion Burger

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 hamburger buns
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mixed greens
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.
3. Shape the mixture into four patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
4. Brush each patty with olive oil to prevent sticking.
5. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness.
6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun, top with mixed greens and a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce.
8. Serve immediately with the top bun.
Storage
Store leftover patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat patties in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
