Golden Sauteed Butternut Delight

Ingredients

3 lbs butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed butternut squash to the skillet, stirring to coat with the oil and butter mixture.
3. Season with salt and ground black pepper, and continue to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add fresh thyme leaves and continue to sauté until the squash is tender and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes more.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delightful side dish.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
