Golden Oven-Baked Cauliflower Delight

Ingredients
1 large cauliflower head
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower, and cut it into florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon juice, and serve warm.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
