Golden Honey White Bread

Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons salt
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and honey, then sprinkle yeast over the top. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
2. Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.
5. Punch down the dough, then shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Cover and let rise again for 30-40 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
7. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Reheating
To reheat, wrap in foil and warm in the oven at 300°F for about 10 minutes.
