Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)

7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 16 even pieces.
8. Shape the pieces into balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
9. Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes, or until doubled.
