Golden Almond Pie Crust
A deliciously nutty variation of the classic pie crust that combines the richness of almonds with buttery goodness, perfect for both sweet and savory pies.

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chilled unsalted butter, cubed
1/4 cup ice water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt.
2. Add cubed butter and cut into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter or fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Gradually add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing gently until the dough comes together.
4. Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface to fit your pie dish.
6. Place dough in the pie dish, trim excess, and crimp edges as desired.
Storage
Wrap tightly with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
Reheating
If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Bake blind or filled as needed, following pie recipe instructions.
