Garlic Shrimp and Pasta Delight

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz spaghetti
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour in white wine and red pepper flakes, if using, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the shrimp and garlic sauce.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheat gently over medium heat in a skillet. Add a splash of water or broth to prevent the pasta from drying out.
