Garlic Lemon Swiss Chard Delight

Ingredients

1 bunch Swiss chard, stemmed and chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add chopped Swiss chard and sauté until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in lemon zest and juice, and season with salt and black pepper.
5. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
