Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 lbs potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Peel and cube potatoes.
2. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
5. Pour in the melted garlic butter and heavy cream.
6. Mash potatoes using a potato masher until smooth.
7. Stir in chopped parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
8. Serve immediately.
Storage
