Garlic Herb Croutons
These homemade garlic herb croutons are a flavorful addition to any salad or soup, featuring a delightful crunch and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients
4 cups cubed day-old bread
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the bread cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the oil and herb mixture.
4. Spread the coated bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before using or storing.
Storage
Store croutons in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
Reheating
Reheat croutons in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes or until warm and crispy.
