Ingredients
Linguine pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and add drained pasta to the skillet.
6. Toss the pasta with the shrimp and garlic butter sauce until well combined.
7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
