1 lb spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup peas
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli, and peas to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
