Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup peas
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
