2 (5 oz) cans of tuna in water, drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
