Garden Fresh Salad

An easy and refreshing garden salad perfect for any meal, featuring crisp vegetables and a light vinaigrette, ideal for a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients

3 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup radishes, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and radishes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store any leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Note that the salad may become soggy over time.

Reheating
