Garden Delight Salad

Ingredients

2 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.

Storage

Store the salad without dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Toss the salad gently and serve cold. Do not reheat.
