Ingredients
4 oz Brie cheese
4 oz aged cheddar cheese
4 oz blue cheese
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
1 apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup roasted almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup honey
Crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Arrange the Brie, cheddar, and blue cheese on a large serving platter, ensuring they are spaced apart for easy access.
2. Rinse and dry all fresh fruits thoroughly. Place the grapes, strawberries, apple slices, and pear slices around the cheeses, distributing evenly.
3. Add the dried apricots, roasted almonds, and walnuts in small clusters around the fruits and cheeses to create a balanced look.
4. Drizzle honey over the blue cheese or serve in a small separate dish as a dip.
5. Add crackers around the edges of the platter for serving.
