Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
2 tbsp almond butter
3-4 tbsp ice water

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt.
2. Add cold diced butter and almond butter to the flour mixture.
3. Use a pastry cutter to blend the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing with a fork until dough holds together.
5. Form the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before rolling out.

Storage

Store the pie crust dough wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating
