Ingredients
1 French baguette
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz goat cheese
1/2 cup fig preserves
Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and brush each side with olive oil.
3. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
4. Let the toasted baguette slices cool slightly.
