Fiesta Taco Salad Bowl

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels, thawed if frozen
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned, about 8 minutes.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Prepare the salad base by layering shredded Romaine lettuce on a large serving platter.
4. Arrange cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and avocado over the lettuce.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
6. Add cooked turkey evenly over the salad.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
8. Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, salsa, and tortilla chips on the side.
Storage
Store leftover salad components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat the turkey filling in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warm.
