Festive Snack Crunch

Ingredients

3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups pretzel twists
2 cups mixed nuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, pretzels, and mixed nuts.
3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour the glaze over the cereal mixture, stirring gently to coat evenly.
5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, stir in the dried cranberries, and let cool completely before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Reheating

For a crisp texture, reheat in a 250°F oven for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
