Ingredients
2 cups of diced mango
1 cup of cubed papaya
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 cup of halved litchis
1/2 cup of diced kiwi
1/2 cup of passion fruit pulp
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
1 tbsp of honey
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine diced mango, cubed papaya, chopped pineapple, and halved litchis.
2. Add the diced kiwi and passion fruit pulp, gently mixing them into the fruit mixture.
3. Drizzle the fresh lime juice and honey over the fruit salad.
4. Sprinkle the shredded coconut and chopped mint leaves on top.
5. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.
