Exotic Ambrosia Delight

An exotic twist on the classic Ambrosia Salad, bursting with tropical flavors and a creamy finish, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

1 cup
pineapple chunks
1 cup
mango cubes
1 cup
kiwi slices
1 cup
papaya cubes
1/2 cup
shredded coconut
1 cup
cooked tapioca pearls
1/2 cup
mini marshmallows
1 cup
whipped cream
1 tbsp
lime juice
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mango cubes, kiwi slices, and papaya cubes.
2. Fold in the shredded coconut and cooked tapioca pearls.
3. In a separate bowl, gently mix the whipped cream with lime juice and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the whipped cream mixture over the fruit and gently fold to combine.
5. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until evenly distributed.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

This salad is best enjoyed cold, so no reheating is required.
