Decadent Peanut Butter Tiramisu

A luscious twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Decadent Peanut Butter Tiramisu combines creamy mascarpone layers with rich peanut butter and coffee-soaked ladyfingers for an unforgettable treat.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups brewed espresso, cooled
20 ladyfinger cookies
2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
1/4 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, blend the peanut butter, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to create a light, fluffy filling.
4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled espresso, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
5. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish.
6. Spread half of the peanut butter filling over the ladyfingers.
7. Repeat the layering with the remaining ladyfingers and filling.
8. Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
