Ingredients
1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Whipped cream, for topping
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie dish to form a crust.
4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips with heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
6. Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
7. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sour cream together until combined.

9. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pie is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
11. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
12. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder, top with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
