Cucumber Mint Julep
A refreshing twist on the classic Mint Julep, perfect for summer parties with its cool cucumber and minty flavors.

Ingredients
2 oz bourbon
1 oz cucumber juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
8 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice
Cucumber slices for garnish
Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
1. Muddle the mint leaves gently in a shaker to release their oils.
2. Add bourbon, cucumber juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with cucumber slices and a mint sprig.
Storage
Store any leftover mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
