Crispy Walnut Grape Salad

Ingredients

2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup green seedless grapes, halved
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, light brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
2. Add the halved red and green grapes to the bowl and gently fold until the grapes are well coated with the dressing.
3. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts over the grape mixture and gently stir to combine.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Storage

Store the salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.

Reheating

Best enjoyed cold. If needed, allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
