Crispy Oven-Roasted Wings

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil until evenly coated.
3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching each other.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and continue to bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store any leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the wings on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
